How do I use my bike key?

My bike key isn't working, can you help?

After unlocking a bike, the bike is in "Low Assist" mode?

To solve this you'll need to download the Bay Wheels app from your app store and sign in using your Lyft account. Once signed in go to your Profile then find "Pedal assist preference" under linked accounts. Change the setting to "Ride with full assist" and you're good to go!

Are these keys sold by Bay Wheels or Lyft?

While our bike keys are fully compatible with SF Bay Wheels bikes we are a 3rd party and are not associated with Bay Wheels or Lyft.
