Get started using your bike key

Open the Lyft or Bay Wheels app and tap "View Profile". Scroll down and tap "Add Clipper card"

Enter the 10 digit number on the back of your key or tap "Scan card" and hold your key up to your phone. You're now good to go

For 2nd generation E-Bikes (white) tap your key on the front of the bike to unlock it until the screen reads "Checking..."

For 1st generation E-Bikes (black) tap your key on the back of the bike on the Clipper logo

For manual bikes or if the on-bike reader isn't working, you can tap your fob on the Clipper logo found to the right side of where your bike is docked
